THE ROAD TO SENIOR DIRECTOR

 What an amazing month!!
On Novemeber 1st we put it into the universe that the team was going for SENIOR Director. Over 230K sold and dozens of promotions and we did it! Can't wait to celebrate this weekend at our first team retreat in DC!

October 2015- WE DO BIG THINGS HERE

October 2015 will go down in LockStar history as the month that crushed all previous team numbers. With the aid of an amazing Holiday Collection launch and a trip to Cancun hanging in the air the team booked, sponsored and redefined success. With many exciting promotions and records broken one of the most exciting was 2 amazing promotions. 

Caitlin VanderPloeg (KC BOMBSHELLS) promoted to STAR Designer, holding her title for 3 consecutive months. Angela Luminello (Sparkling KEYS) took her Star promotion from September and turned it into the first Associate Director on team. This team is on FIRE. Lives are changing, we are redefining work for today's women and we are LOVING every minute. It is truly an honor to witness. Now we have 1 month to go until the team comes together to celebrate and train at our first ever TEAM RETREAT in Washington, DC... will you be joining us?

So Here it is...The OCTOBER CHALLENGE!! You are amazing. Whether you know it or not all of you could pull in the same numbers I do, if you set your goal high, have your bookings lined up, coach your hostess and follow 2242.
To prove it... You guys are in a race to BEAT ME!
Those with a goal of $500 for the month.. $2000 pqv is $600 in pay.
There is the 2242 and my average numbers from the last 4 months.
 

You will get; 
1 entry for over 2000pqv, 
1 entry for 2 sponsored
 and if you can beat my actual average you get 5 entries to win...
2,200 PQV and 4 Sponsored = 5 entries

The challenge will be calculated for Oct 1-31 and entries added up on Nov 1. I will draw a name randomly from a hat..

WHAT an awesome celebration gift for you! The inspiration??? Why MK?
Because I always wanted to buy myself one and with 3 kids I could never justify it. They needed clothes, food, new shoes every season. It just wasn't in the budget... until I hit Star again in January and used that new income to celebrate my journey with a MK bag. It symbolizes change and growth for me. Surpise me September

 This month was such a huge surprise with promotions, record breaking numbers and overall excitement. We are preparing to launch a gorgeous holiday collection in October but that didn't slow this team down one bit. We hit Director team for the 2nd consecutive month solidifying our spot in KEEP history as the first Maryland Director team. We had over 50 new designers take a leap of faith to pursue happiness and we crowned 2 more amazing Star teams. I am so incredibly proud of this team and their journey.  If you would like more info on KEEP- check out the new video featuring Director Lauren Matera talking about the starter kit and receiving the top honors award for sponsoring.

 

These ladies are our STAR Designers on team. They have coached, inspired and empowered women to do amazing things. They will go on to train, motivate and embrace their tribe.

 I am so proud to announce that the LOCKSTARS are now a DIRECTOR Team! You guys are the heart and soul of this brand and this tribe of amazing women and I am so excited to be on this journey with you!

 We had the most promotions in a single month EVER! Congratulations to our newest team leaders... our newly promoted Lead Designers and Associate Designers! 

We also saw some record breaking monthly sales. Way to go to our top in Sales & Sponsoring this month!

I was honored to receive the Top Honors award for #1 in Sponsoring for KEEP! This award goes out to all the other Momma's that are doing laundry, nurturing the home and family and still dreaming BIG!

I also got to represent our team by being a Panel Speaker on stage. I will NEVER forget these moments. What an amazing experience to look out into a crowd of 500 believers and inspirational women.

End of Keep's 1st Conference year

 June was another great month for TEAM LockStars. We didn't get to our goal of achieving DIRECTOR team but we filled these past 30 days with motivation, training and preparing for HOOPLA in July. As a whole the team still sold over 50k in Keepers and Keys and maintained the consistent criteria to be a leading and growing team. Here are our number for June 2015, the first OFFICIAL conference year of KEEP Collective!

In our first conference year we have sold $371,044 in KEEP!!! CONGRATS TEAM!

We are so excited to have 17 Designers earn the first EXCLUSIVE KEEP Designer incentive. A "Live Happy" Scarf. 

We are GROWING and I can't wait to share all the news and treats from Dallas!
