Social MVP Tips
My mission is to turn this into a fun
experience for your friends & family. Working together as a team will will work toward earning you lots of credit for your own KEEP shopping spree.
My focus is to create a party atmosphere full of fun & laughter while you mingle with your guests and help them create beautiful and meaningful pieces. To make this a smashing success, I will need your help in a few areas:
- Show your excitement
- Enthusiasm is contagious and your positive reinforcement will make all the different in attendance.
- KEEP is new to most areas! Those who do attend in person will be pleasantly surprised at how fun and different our parties are.
- Outside Orders- Collecting orders in advance increases your overall party total &shopping spree! Pass the catalog along to co-workers, neighbors and friends.
- Share the website with family and friends near and far.
- Encourage Your Friends to Book a Social
- Chose an area where everyone will be gathered to set up the Keep Display. We want the guests comfortable and able to sit for a while and create their Keepers. Coffee tables, kitchen counters and dinner room tables are perfect!
- Keep Your Refreshments Simple. One salty, one sweet and your favorite alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage.
Before Your Social:
- CREATE YOUR WISHLIST – which keys and Keepers would you love to earn free?! For yourself? For gifts? Your designer will help you make a group or event on Facebook.
Invite 40+ to get 10-15 guests – it’s impossible to find a time when everyone can make it! For a great turnout, follow-up with a personal phone call.
3. SHARE YOUR EXCITEMENT and Social shopping link – Post cute keepers on Facebook and send by text message.
4. SEND A REMINDER text/email 24 hours before your social.
During Your Social
In- Person- I’ll arrive about 10 minutes early to setup my interactive display. I’ll need a table/counter to use for creating Keepers and assisting your guests. A dining room table or kitchen island works perfectly so guests can gather around the munchies. Food- Keep it simple, no large spread necessary. KEEP socials are informal and fun. We’ll explore the jewelry and share creative ways to represent the things we love most. I’ll bring plenty of Design Guides and inspiration! If you have WI-FI and don’t mind me using it, I can bring my laptop to make ordering for your guests easier. Please just jot down any password or access code I may need when I arrive.
Online- Our goal is to introduce KEEP to all your friends and family. Through your online group, messages and profile we will help your "guests" design their own keepers. I do not have access to all your friends and family so reaching out to them and getting them to see the catalog and info is more reliant on your means of contacting them. Make sure you touch base with your VIP to let them know how to order and when the online event is taking place.

Your guests have 2 weeks to order after the social date. I’ll be in touch before your Social closes to review your rewards and help you redeem them. Orders will ship to each guest individually as soon as they are placed (no need to wait until the official closing date)!
